Not your ordinary "sweet treat" gift for the holidays.
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups pecan halves
Preheat oven 250*
Melt butter in a small pan Add garlic, salt and Tabasco Toss pecan in this warm mixture until well coated.
2Bake one hour stirring occasionally.
