10 ounces spinach, frozen
1 small Yellow squash, diced
1/2 small Onion, minced
2 carrots, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
6 ounces V-8 vegetable juice
1/2 cup Navy beans
4 cups Water
1 teaspoon salt
Place akll of the ingredients in the crockpot and let it cook on high all day.
