1 (3 pound) boneless roast pork
Pinch of ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup catsup
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet (gravy enhancer)
Place roast in crockpot. Sprinkle with paprika cloves and nutmeg. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours. Cook on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours automatic 1 hour move to LOW cook for approximately 5 hours.
Remove roast. Juices may be thickened with 1-1/2 tablespoons cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water. Cook until thickened.
