Crockpot Barbecue

2 onions, sliced
4-5 lb. pork roast
5-6 cloves
2 cups water
16 oz. bottle barbecue sauce (I suggest Open Pit)

Put half of the onions in the bottom of the crockpot then add meat and other ingredients except the sauce. Cover and cook 8-12 hours on low.

Remove bone and fat. Drain liquid. Mince meat and add sauce and remaining onion. Cover and cook 1-3 hours on high or 4-8 hours on low. A crowd pleaser!
