1 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen stew vegetables
1 lb. lean beef cubes
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup
1 sm. can peas
1/2 cup water
2 tbl. dried minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Before going to work, place vegetables in the bottom of your crockpot. Add meat. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients (except peas) and pour over the meat and vegetables. Add peas. Cover and cook on low setting for 10 to 14 hours.
