2 pounds ground beef
1 or 2 medium onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small jar sliced mushrooms, drained
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-1/2 cups beef bouillon
1 small can tomato paste
Brown ground beef. Sauté onion and garlic. Add all ingredients to crockpot and stir. Cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
Turn to HIGH and add 1 cup sour cream mixed with 4 tablespoons flour. Cook for 15 minutes. If too thick, add more beef bouillon or water.
Serve over egg noodles.
