1 lb. beef sirloin, cut into 1/4 inch strips
1 lg. onion, cut into 1/4 inch strips
1 lg. bell pepper, cut into 1/4 inch strips
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian Style Stewed tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Garlic powder, to taste
Onion powder, to taste
Worcestershire sauce
Place beef in crockpot and season with garlic powder, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. Add onion, bell pepper, stewed tomatoes and tomato paste. Mix well. Cook on low between 8 and 10 hours, stirring every 2 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
