3 tbl peanut oil
1 large head bok choy (Chinese Cabbage) - 4 cups shredded raw equals
2 tsp Sesame seeds
1 Tbl Honey Teriyaki sauce - KC Masterpiece 8 carbs per tbl.
Heat the oil in a wok or a large deep skillet, over low heat for 1 minute. Meanwhile shred the cabbage fine. Add the cabbage and stir fry 4 minutes. Add sesame seeds and stir fry 1 minute more. Add teriyaki sauce and toss ingredients until cabbage is tender but still crisp.
12 carbs total. Makes 4 servings. 3 carbs per serving
