1 Cornish game hen
3 cups shredded coleslaw
1 small Portabello mushroom
2 Tablespoons sour cream
Season to taste (I use: garlic powder & Old Bay spice Thats Johny's to those of you on the west coast)
put game hen on to boil.
cook till water is at least 1/2 gone. Bone and skin hen then return meat to the pot. Dice mushroom, add to the pot; add shredded coleslaw
cook down till you have a thickness that looks good to you; add sour cream.
The amounts of everything can be changed to suit yourself with this one. It's the sour cream that does the trick.
Carbs approximately 8 for entire soup
