3 skinless boneless chicken breasts chopped and sauted in olive oil with 3 cloves of garlic chopped
1 cup broccoli chopped
1 cup cauliflower chopped
2 cups chopped kale
1 green onion finely chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can chiken broth with 1 cup water
Add all to large sauce pan and simmer until vegtables are crisp tender. Add salt and pepper to taste with a dash of soy sauce.
Serves 4. 6.5 net carbs per serving
The water chestnuts are the higher carb ingredient here, with a net 13 grams. To "shave" the carbs, try thin slices of jicama in it's place.
