Vegetable Sauce

1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbl lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Tabasco (or your favorite hot sauce)
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently. Do not allow to boil. Spoon over vegetables when ready to serve.
Ideal with cooked asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower or green beans.
Makes 6 servings
2 Carbs per serving.
