1/2 lb shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
In a double boiler, melt cheese. Then blend in remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring constantly for 5 minutes and serve. Makes 1-1/2 cups of sauce.
