2 3-oz packages cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon brandy
1 Tablespoon Splenda
(For fresh fruit compotes.)
Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve.
Makes 1-3/4 cups. Less than 1/2 gram carb per tablespoon.
