Creamy Sweet N' Sour Dressing

1/2 cup half n half
3 Tbl vinegar
1/4 tsp salt ground black pepper
optional: 1/2-1 tsp dried dill weed
2-3 Tbl dried chopped chives
Add vinegar, salt, pepper and herbs to half n half and stir. Let stand a few minutes to thicken. Great over lettuce, broccoli pieces or shredded cabbage.
