Blend together: 1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour (a little
at a time)
3 c. apples, finely chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Nuts
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes in oiled, floured Bundt pan.
