Teriyaki Pork Chops

3/8 cup soy sauce
1-3/4 tbl dry sherry
2 tsp splenda
1-1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 6 oz boneless pork chops
Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Arrange chops in a single layer in a shallow pan. Add marinade and turn chops to coat. Cover pan and marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours. Discard marinade.
Preheat oven to 400°F-200°C . Bake 15 minutes or until pork is nicely browned and meat thermometer reads 155°F- 75°C to 160°F-80°C.
