Peking Ribs (Crockpot)

No browning, no grilling, no fuss. Serve these lip-smacking ribs with Coleslaw. Country style ribs are the meatiest around.

1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons Steel’s Gourmet Jam Variety-Pak (any flavor)
3 tablespoons Atkins Quick Quisine Barbeque Sauce
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 packet sugar substitute
4 pounds country style spareribs

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, fruit jam, barbecue sauce, garlic, and sugar substitute. Brush both sides of ribs with mixture. Place ribs in slow cooker; pour remaining sauce over ribs. Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
