Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Serving Size: 12

12 boneless center-cut pork chops 6-oz. each
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
6 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp dry sherry
6 clove garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients except pork chops. Pour over pork chops and place in a covered container in the refrigerator for 4-24 hours. Remove chops from marinade; reserving marinade. Grill pork five inches from heat source 12-15 minutes, turning once. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade.
