Ginger Pork Chops

4 large America's cut pork chops -- 1-1/2 inch thick
2 cups dry white wine or distilled vinegar
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1/4 cup fresh ginger, minced or 1 tbl
dry ginger
2 tbl soy sauce
2 tbl sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients in a sealable bag. Seal bag and marinate in a refrigerator 2-24 hours. Prepare grill. Remove pork from marinade. Discard marinade. Grill chops over indirect heat in covered grill 8 minutes. Turn and grill another 6-7 minutes until chops are cooked throughout.
