1/4 tsp salt
1 cup oat bran, flour
3 tbl butter, melted
In a bowl, combine egg, salt, oat flour, and butter. Mix thoroughly. (Dough will be a little sticky.) Chill for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough between 2 sheets of waxed paper to fit an 8 or 9 inch 230mm pie plate. Dough may be pressed to fit pie plate.
Note: to make a baked pie shell, line a pie plate with pastry. Set another pan inside to hold the pastry in shape.
Bake at 425°F-220°C. for 18 minutes.
