6 oz sunflower seeds, ground
6 oz ground almonds
5-1/2 tsp baking powder
5-1/2 oz melted butter
1 pinch salt
1 tbl cream mixed with 2 tblsp water
Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F
Mix all the dry ingredients together and then add the melted butter and cream/water mix, using a fork.
Use your hands to then form it in to a firm, moist dough.
Press in to a 10 inch 25cm flan ring and bake. (cover with greaseproof paper and fill with dried beans) for about 15 minutes.
Use for favourite pizza toppings or for quiche etc.
