1 pound creamed cottage cheese
1 package frozen chopped spinach
1/4 pound butter
6 large eggs
1/2 pound Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 pound Feta cheese
1 dash nutmeg
1 dash hot pepper sauce
Beat eggs. Add cheeses and butter and mix well. Cook and drain spinach well. Add to egg/cheese mixture. Add nutmeg and hot pepper sauce. Pour into greased 3 quart 1.5 liter baking dish and bake @ 350°F-180°C for 40 minutes. Cut into squares.
