1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 medium green pepper - chopped
1 medium onion - chopped
1 can beef broth
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic owder

Saute beef, pepper and onions in a skillet until pink is gone from the meat. put in a pot with remaining ingredients and simmer for an hour or so.

Makes 4 servings
About 7 grams of carbs per serving.
