1 large egg
1/2 cup cream
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 tbl Atkins Bake Mix
2 tsp Splenda
1 tsp baking powder
Mix all the ingredients together. Heat oil a griddle or large frying pan.
Drop the dough by tablespoons{10} on to the hot griddle. Cook till brown, turn and brown the other side. Add cooked, cooled vegetables or crumbled bacon bits. Use as you would biscuits in a sandwich.
