Yield: 4 to 6 servings
1 pound crab meat
4 ounces cream cheese
4 ounces Cheddar, shredded
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 ounces sherry
Mix all ingredients and put into a 2-quart glass casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 minutes.
