1 package White Chocolate Sugarfree Jell-O pudding mix
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tsp almond extract
chocolate shavings
4 mint leaves
Pour Jell-O into bowl. Add cream and almond extract. Whip until
almost stiff. Pour into custard cups or small souffle disheres.
Chill for 2 hrs. Just before serving garnish with shaved chocolate and a mint leaf. Will make 4 servings.
