1 cup splenda
2 cups soy flour
1-1/4 cups vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 can pumpkin
Combine and mix all ingredients, and pour into one or two loaf pans or a tube cake pan.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour (1 hour was a bit too long when I did it the first time) at 350°F-180°C degrees.
