1/2 cup Chunky-peanut butter (sugar free)
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 tsp vanilla
3 tbl Splenda
2 tbl soy flour
1 tsp baking powder
Heat Oven to 375°F-190°C
Spray a cookie sheet with oil substitute. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Blend well. Drop on the cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls. Bake about 10 minutes.
