1 cup macadamia nuts
3 tbsp melted butter
1 package jell-o sugar free pudding -- chocolate
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup water
CRUST: Process macadamia nuts until ground and add butter. Toss and press into pie pan and bake at 350°F-180°C for 10-15 min. COOL completely.
FILLING: Mix pudding,cream, and water. Beat in cream cheese until smooth. Pour into pie shell and chill until set.
