1 package sugar free-fat free instant pudding, vanilla
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup water
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon rum extract
1/4 teaspoon ginger
In a small bowl beat the softened cream cheese until very creamy.
Slowly pour in cream & water & beat until well blended. Add the vanilla pudding, spices & extract; beat until the pudding powder is dissolved.
Pour into 8 fancy serving dishes,sprinkle with a touch of nutmeg.
Chill well before serving so the flavors of the spices blend in well.
It is higher in carbs but for the holidays it is worth it!!
Each serving is 4.4 carbs minus 0.1 gr. fiber =4.3 carbs
