Cream:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup splenda
1-1/2 tsp molasses
Add
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
In a Separate Bowl mix
1 cup soy protein Isolate -- or whey
I used Designer Whey French Vanilla
1/2 cup oat bran -- flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Add:
6 oz zero carb chocolate chips -- 185gr
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 oz zero carb chocolate bar -- 60gr melted
3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Mix creamed and dry ingredients together.
Place dough, shaped in golf ball size, on un greased cookie sheet approximately 2" apart.
Bake at 375°F-190°C degrees for 7 - 8 minutes.
Makes approximately 36.
