Oriental Grilled Chicken

Makes 4 serving

2 boneless chicken (or 4 halves)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 packet Low calorie sugar
1/2 cup rice wine
1 Tbl sesame oil
1 scallion, chopped
1" (2.5cm) ginger root, peeled and chopped

Cut chicken breast into halves. Mix remaining ingredients together in a shallow pan large enough to hold breast in one layer.
Place breast in marinade, turning to coat and rubbing marinade into breast. Marinate at least one hour and as long as overnight. Grill chicken over hot coals or under broiler.
Meanwhile, strain marinade, bring it to a boil, and serve it with chicken.
