Maple Butter Creams

1 stick (1/4 lb) unsalted butter
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup Keto maple Syrup (DaVinci and Atkins won't come out as well)
1 tbl DiabetiSweet
1 package unflavored gelatin
Melt butter on medium heat, add cream, DiabetiSweet and syrup and beat with a whisk continuously. When mixture begins to significantly thicken (almost boils over), repeat the following for about 5 minutes:
Let the mixture almost boil over, take off heat, whisk...repeat.
Remove from stovetop for 1 minute. Sprinkle gelatin over top, then whisk in over heat again for one more almost-boil session. Allow to cool almost to room temperature. Spoon into tiny candy forms, mini-muffin cups, or mini foil liners. Cover and refrigerate and enjoy as you wish.
