1-1/2 cups Splenda
2 tbl unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup half and half
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
4 cups coconut shreds
Mix Splenda, cocoa, butter and half and half inv a saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir constantly. Boil for EXACTLY one minute do not overcook.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
When the peanut butter is evenly spread throughout mixture, add the coconut. Stir to coat evenly.
Drop by tea spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator.
