1/4 cup soy flour
1/4 cup soy protein Isolate
1/4 cup ground sesame seeds
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
4 beaten eggs
4 tbl soft butter
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pinch basil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Mix and pour into greased muffin pan.
Bake at 350°F-180°C for 20-25 minutes.
