Serving Size: 6

1 cup atkins bake mix
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
4 ounces heavy cream
3 teaspoons Splenda (Optional)

Mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl with a fork until stiff but still pasty.
Grease a baking pan, spoon or use fingers to drop biscuits mix onto the pan.
Make them about the size of regular biscuits. I usually get 6 biscuits when I make them. These biscuits are a drop style biscuit.
Bake in a moderate oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the center is done.

121 calories
12 grams fat
1 gram carbohydrate
