Bacon & cheese Muffins

3 eggs
3 tbl sour cream
1/2 cup soy flour -- or whey isolate
1 pinch onion powder
2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp whipping cream
2 oz grated cheddar cheese
5 slices bacon, crisp, chopped and sliced
2 tbl water, as needed
Separate eggs. Beat whites until stiff. Mix together all other ingredients. Save half the cheese for the muffin tops. Fold egg whites into the other mixture and fill 8 sprayed muffin tins. Bake 350°F-180°C till brown (20 min).
