A few scoops of LeCarb ice cream (6 carbs per half cup)
1/2 to 1 cup half and half (10 carbs per cup)
pure delite candy bar chopped (optional) Remember to add in the carbs if you use a candy bar.
Blend together to desired thickness
Great for a snack or breakfast
Carbs will depend on how much ice cream and H&H you use
