Bleu Cheese & Brandy Spread

8 oz Bleu cheese, crumbled
16 oz cream cheese, softened
3 tbl heavy cream
1 cup brandy
1 tsp. thyme - powdered
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients well and let sit for 1 hour so flavors can intermingle. Serve stuffed in celery, mushroom caps, or endive. Also superb wrapped up in thin slices of ham, turkey or rare roast beef!
Makes 8 Servings. 2.4 carbs per serving.
