Two Pepper Hot Salsa

2 lbs. fresh tomatillos, husks removed, diced
1 red bell pepper, fine diced
2 jalepenos, very fine diced
1 habenero, very fine diced
1 red onion, fine diced
1 ripe tomato, diced
3 Tbs. cilantro, chopped
3 Tbs. white balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs. Safflower Oil
to taste kosher salt and pepper

Wash the tomatillos under warm water to remove the husk and do away with the sticky "glue" on the skin. Dice the ingredients and chop the cilantro. When fine dicing the hot peppers, be careful not to touch your eyes or other sensitive skin. Be VERY careful and wash your hands, or buy some latex gloves. (highly recommended).. Combine all ingredients and chill. The salsa will become very hot after about 4 hours. Enjoy and eat with caution
