Easy No Cook Salsa

2 sweet bell peppers
1/2 lb. hot peppers
1 lb. onions
1 lb. tomatoes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cilantro
1 tsp. salt
1/8 cup vinegar
1/4 cup oil
Wash, stem and grind vegetables. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Cover and chill for 1 hour.
