Whipped Cream Cake

1-1/2 cups sifted cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup heavy cream
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 8 inch round cake pans well.
Line bottoms with wax paper, grease the paper.
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt onto piece of wax paper; set aside. Whip cream until stiff in large electric mixer bowl. Add eggs and beat until fluffy. Beat in sugar and vanilla. In two additions, and by hand, mix in sifted dry ingredients.
Pour into prepared pans, and bake 25-30 minutes.
