Vanilla Bundt Cake

3 cups cake flour
1-2/3 cups sugar
2-1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
3 large whole eggs
2 large egg yolks
1 tbl. pure vanilla extract
1-1/4 cups unsalted butter, softened
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease well, and lightly flour a 12 cup bundt or tube pan.
Sift cake flour, sugar,baking powder, and salt into a large bowl. In a medium bowl, beat the sour cream, milk, whole eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla until well blended, and smooth. Add the butter and half the egg mixture to the dry ingredients. Beat at low speed until just blended. Beat at high speed for 1 minute. Add the remaining egg mixture and beat at medim to high speed until fluffy and creamy.
Pour batter into the prepared pan. Run a knife through the batter to break up any air bubbles.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until cake tester inserted into center comes out clean.
