Orange Crush Cake

1 cup shortening
1/4 cup margarine
2-3/4 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
1 cup orange (Orange Crush) soda
1 tsp. orange flavoring
1`tsp. vanilla
Cream shortening, margarine and sugar; add eggs one at a time beating well after each. Add orange Crush, alternately with sifted flour. Add flavorings.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60-70 minutes.
FROSTING:
1/4 cup butter
1-3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. orange flavoring
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cream margarine and cream cheese Add powdered sugar and flavorings. Spread over warm cake.
