One Bowl Chocolate Cake

1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 inch square pan.
Sift together dry ingredients. Blend in rest of ingredients and mix well, about 3 minutes on medium speed. Pour into prepared pan, and bake for 30-35 minutes
