1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
3 tbl. cocoa
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1-1/2 cups chopped nuts
1-1/2 cups coconut
1 jar Marshmallow Cream
Frosting:
1/2 butter, melted
1 lb. pkg. powdered sugar
6 tbl. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup cocoa, unsweetened
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla. Beat eggs. Add dry ingredients and eggs. Add nuts and coconut. Pour batter into well greased pan, 9x12. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Remove cake from oven and pour Marshmallow Cream over hot cake. Cool and frost.
