Lemon Delight Pound Cake

2-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 cups sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup oil
2 tsps. lemon extract
4 eggs
GLAZE:
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup lemon juice
Preheat oven to 325 degrees, generously grease and flour a 12 cup bundt, or tube pan.
In a large bowl, blend all ingredients for 4 minutes at medium speed.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean when inserted into middle of cake.
cool cake in pan for 10 minutes, invert onto serving plate, prick cake with a fork and pour glaze over top of the cake.
