Golden Whipped Cream Cake

1-1/2 cups heavy cream
3 well beaten eggs
1-1/2 tsp. lemon extract
2-1/4 cups cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1-1/2 cups sugar
Whip cream until consistency of thick custard;fold in eggs; add lemon extract. Gradually add flour sifted with salt, baking powder, and sugar, beating well after each addition.
Bake in 2 waxed paper lined, 9 inch layer cake pans in 375 degree oven 30 minutes.
Frost with frosting of your choice
