10 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
3 cups sifted cake flour
2 tsps. baking powder
1 cup cold water
Beat egg yolks until foamy. Add extracts and salt. Gradually add while beating, the sugar. Sift together the 3 cups flour and 2 tsps. baking powder. Add alternately with 1 cup cold water to the egg mixture beating well after each addition until smooth.
Pour into ungreased 10 inch tube pan. Bake for 50- 60 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.
Invert pan and cool before removing from the pan.
