2 cups self rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs,separated
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter
Cream sugar and butter together intil light and fluffy. Add egg yolks and beat together until well blended .Add flour and milk blend well then add vanilla. Blend together well. Then fold in egg whites that have been stiffly beaten. Pour batter into greased and floured layer cake pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
